Built on Experience. Defined by Care.

Our Story

A thoughtful approach to property care.

I’m Romina Kuznik, founder of KRT Luxe Co. After six years of experience in the cleaning industry, I created the company with a clear purpose: to provide a more thoughtful, professional, and personalized approach to property care.

Today, our highly qualified and trained team serves luxury homes, private residences, Airbnb properties, and premium short-term rentals throughout British Columbia.

We understand that every property has its own routines, surfaces, and standards. That’s why we take the time to understand each client’s expectations before creating a service plan.

We also use carefully selected eco-friendly products suited to the specific needs of each property.

For us, exceptional service begins with listening, continues with careful execution, and ends with a home that feels fresh, welcoming, and beautifully maintained.
